Fellows contribute real work across multiple departments and are supported by a structured mentorship system involving editors and senior newsroom staff.

The programme follows a hybrid work routine combining in-person and remote work, and is designed to cultivate a diverse group of journalists who are passionate about impactful reporting.

  • Note that new work visas will not be sponsored. Candidates with an existing or extendable visa such as Optional Practical Training (OPT) may be considered.
